General Terms and Conditions “Voyage & Vous”

By accepting these general terms and conditions, the client guarantees that they are a legal adult and have full legal capacity to place an order.

The client agrees that most exchanges with Voyage & Vous will take place via email.

The client acknowledges that acceptance of these general terms and conditions is carried out electronically and does not require a handwritten signature.

1. Purpose

The general terms and conditions of sale below exclusively govern the contractual relationship between the private client, referred to in this document as “the client”, and Miss Florine Calicis, self-employed complementary worker operating under the trade name “Voyage & Vous”, whose company number is 0779.968.981.

The registered office is located at Rue Quevry 18 – 6238 Luttre, Belgium.

They apply to all sales of services presented on the website https://voyage-et-vous.net.

2. Description of services & pricing

Voyage & Vous offers travel planning, research and personalized travel organization services by providing different services tailored to each client’s budget and preferences.

Voyage & Vous acts exclusively as an independent travel planner:
• no reservations are made on behalf of the client;
• no commission is received from service providers;
• the client makes all reservations themselves and assumes full responsibility for them.

Prices provided are based on research and may change at any time. Clients are advised to proceed with bookings within 12 hours.

The client acknowledges that the proposed service is exclusively a consulting and travel organization service. It does not include:
• unlimited support;
• continuous availability;
• personalized follow-up outside the strict scope of the travel organization;
• management of repeated requests or requests exceeding the initially defined scope.

3. Ordering process

Any order is placed via email, contact form, telephone or social media.

After defining the project:
• a quotation is sent;
• a 50% deposit invoice is issued.

Payment of the deposit:
• validates the order;
• constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions;
• triggers the start of the service.

The client guarantees the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order, such as email and postal address, and undertakes to keep this information updated and accurate at all times.

4. Service process

The service includes:
• personalized research;
• creation of a travel itinerary;
• sending booking suggestions;
• finalization of the trip;
• creation of a travel guide after payment of the remaining balance.

The client is responsible for:
• bookings;
• verifying information;
• respecting deadlines.

The client undertakes to:
• complete bookings within the recommended deadlines;
• respond to requests necessary for the progress of the project.

In the event of delays or lack of response:
• the project may be modified, delayed or cancelled;
• Voyage & Vous cannot be held responsible.

5. Project modifications

Modifications are only possible during the design phase.

Once the itinerary has been approved:
• no structural modification, including itinerary, accommodation, duration or main activities, may be made;
• any additional request may be refused or subject to additional invoicing.

Minor adjustments during the trip remain the client’s responsibility.

6. Payment terms

Payment for the different packages offered by Voyage & Vous is made exclusively by bank transfer and is due upon receipt of the quotation.

The order only becomes final after receipt of the deposit payment by Voyage & Vous. The travel guide will only be sent after receipt of the remaining balance due from the client.

Voyage & Vous is currently exempt from VAT.

No final document will be delivered without full payment.

Payment by bank transfer: Voyage & Vous banking details will appear on the quotation related to the client’s request. The order will only become final once the deposit has been received in the Voyage & Vous bank account or upon presentation of proof of payment on the day of the transfer.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose execution began after the consumer’s prior express agreement and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.

In accordance with the law, the user may not exercise their right of withdrawal for services provided by Voyage & Vous when execution of the contract has begun before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period.

8. Cancellation and interruption

By the client
• the deposit remains acquired by Voyage & Vous;
• the remaining balance is not due if the final service has not been delivered or is not in the final preparation phase, meaning the final invoice has already been sent to the client.

By the service provider
Voyage & Vous reserves the right to interrupt the service at any time, without prior notice, in the event of:
• non-compliance with these terms and conditions;
• lack of cooperation from the client;
• requests exceeding the agreed scope of the service;
• behavior, exchanges or demands making continuation of the mission difficult or impossible.

In such cases:
• the deposit remains acquired;
• the remaining balance will not be due unless the travel guide has been finalized or is in the process of being finalized.

9. Liability

Voyage & Vous is bound only by an obligation of means.

Voyage & Vous undertakes to provide services diligently and according to professional standards, it being specified that Voyage & Vous is subject only to an obligation of means and not an obligation of result, which the client expressly acknowledges.

Voyage & Vous undertakes to perform services in accordance with professional standards and applicable legal and regulatory provisions.

In the event of difficulties during the client’s stay, only the responsibility of the service providers may be engaged, Voyage & Vous acting solely as an advisor.

Voyage & Vous cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for failed reservations concerning transportation, accommodation, activities, visits or excursions proposed, since this is solely an advisory service.

Voyage & Vous cannot be held responsible for difficulties arising during the conclusion or execution of contracts between the client and transportation companies, accommodation providers, restaurants, activity providers or any other party involved in the proposed trip.

Voyage & Vous cannot be involved in any dispute between the client and such providers.

Voyage & Vous cannot be held responsible for poor travel experiences, cancellation or modification by a provider, accidents occurring during the planned trip, climatic or economic issues.

The booking and choice of travel remain solely the client’s decision and responsibility. The service offered by Voyage & Vous is only a consulting service regarding bookings and travel planning.

Voyage & Vous does not guarantee that travel organization and planning will be completely free from errors, defects or faults.

Voyage & Vous cannot be held responsible if the services provided do not correspond to the client’s specific needs.

Clients are advised to make reservations within hours following receipt of booking links. If prices increase or services become unavailable, Voyage & Vous cannot be held responsible.

10. Intellectual property and infringement

Voyage & Vous, represented by Florine Calicis, owns the intellectual property rights or holds usage rights for all elements associated with Voyage & Vous accessible on the website, including texts, graphics, logos, icons, software, supporting documents sent by email, as well as the entire personalized travel guide created for each user.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the aforementioned elements, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited without prior written authorization from Florine Calicis.

11. Communication

Exchanges between the client and Voyage & Vous must remain respectful, clear and constructive.

Voyage & Vous reserves the right to limit or suspend communication in the event of excessive requests or inappropriate behavior in communication.
